Summary: I appreciated that breakfast was included and that you could get tea throughout the day. The bed was very comfortable. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the are.

Summary: The breakfast was okay but not great. You get a boiled egg, and Turkish breakfast with tea and fruit drink. I always welcome it when breakfast is included.

Summary: The room was clean and the staff were respectful. However the wifi network and speed were low and barely usable for online tasks.

Summary: This hotel was exceptionally good.! It was very clean and a very good location. The manger made my stay so welcome helped me with trips I wanted to do and was so very helpful with other things that I requested! This without a doubt one of the best places I stayed in Turkey Highly recommend staying here for a visit in Van. Jeff🇨🇦

Summary: Young man on reception spoke English and arranged day trip to Hakkari for me as the bus left from a Best Van office not the bus station though I did see an unmarked bus going to Hakkari from there. Buses leave at 09.00 and 12.00 in the morning plus a few other times to Dogubayazit(Mt Ararat) from the small bus station adjacent to the main bus station.
